Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Certain items such as perfumes, intimate wear, or sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
To start a return, contact our support team at support@nayvonoir.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@nayvonoir.com.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.
